Pesto Pasta With Cherry Tomatoes

Pesto Pasta with Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  1. Pasta

  2. Store-bought Pesto Sauce

  3. Cherry Tomatoes

  4. Parmesan Cheese

  5. Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions:

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  • In another pan, sauté halved cherry tomatoes in olive oil until softened.

  • Mix pasta with pesto sauce.

  • Top with sautéed tomatoes and grated parmesan.


 

Vegetable Stir-Fry

Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  1. Mixed Vegetables

  2. Tofu or Chicken

  3. Soy Sauce

  4. Sesame Oil

  5. Rice

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat sesame oil in a pan, add diced tofu or chicken.

  • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.

  • Drizzle with soy sauce.

  • Serve over the cooked rice.

Ingredients:

  1. Tortillas

  2. Mozzarella Cheese

  3. Cherry Tomatoes

  4. Basil Leaves

  5. Balsamic Glaze

Cooking Instructions:

  • This post will help you save money on your groceries.

  • Heat tortilla in a pan.

  • Add a layer of mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes & torn basil leaf.

  • Top with another tortilla.

  • Cook until cheese is melted and tortilla becomes crispy.

  • Drizzle balsamic glaze if you fancy it.

 

Loaded Baked Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potato

Ingredients:

  1. Sweet Potatoes

  2. Canned Black Beans

  3. Cheddar Cheese

  4. Sour Cream

  5. Green Onions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Pierce potatoes with a fork, microwave until tender.

  • Heat up black beans.

  • Slice open sweet potato and fill with heated beans.

  • Top with grated cheese, chopped green onions & a dollop of sour cream.

Ingredients:

  1. Sausages

  2. Potatoes

  3. Bell Pepper

  4. Red Onion

  5. Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions:

  • Chop sausages, potatoes, peppers and onion to small pieces.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.

  • Add baby spinach.

  • Whisk eggs and pour over your veggies.

  • Sprinkle grated cheese on one half, fold the omelette on top.

  • Cook until fully set.

 

Creamy Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese

Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  1. Canned Tomato Soup

  2. Milk or Cream

  3. Bread

  4. Cheese Slices

  5. Butter

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat tomato soup in a pot adding milk or cream to achieve desired consistency.

  • Place cheese in between slices of bread to make a sandwich. Butter the outside of the sandwich and grill in a pan until golden.
